These Terms & Conditions are written in Malay and are legally binding.
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the platform imalaysia1, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue your use of the imalaysia1 platform immediately.

01 Acceptance of Terms
These imalaysia1 Terms & Conditions apply to all platform users, including visitors without an account, registered members, and active players. By using any imalaysia1 service, you automatically agree to be bound by:

These terms constitute a valid and binding agreement between you and imalaysia1. In the event of any conflict between a translated version and the Malay version, the Malay version shall prevail.

- Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.
- Non-Employees: imalaysia1 employees, their immediate family members, and business partners are not permitted to register as members.
- One Account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one account. Maintaining multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms.
imalaysia1 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
03 Registration & Account Management
Opening an imalaysia1 account is free and straightforward. By registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address.
- Keeping your account information up to date whenever there are any changes.
- Keep your account password confidential. imalaysia1 will never ask for your password via email or chat.
- Be responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
- Notify imalaysia1 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Imalaysia1 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time, including during the withdrawal process, through a KYC (Know Your Customer) procedure. Documents that may be requested include a valid Malaysian identity card or passport.
04 Deposits & Withdrawals
Imalaysia1 supports a variety of local Malaysian payment methods for members' convenience:
- Deposit Methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now and other major Malaysian banks).
- Minimum Deposit: RM10 for most payment methods.
- Daily Deposit Limit: RM10,000 for standard accounts. Higher limits are available for VIP members with additional verification.
- Minimum Withdrawal: RM30 per request.
- Processing Time: Withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes for fully verified accounts.
- Daily Withdrawal Limit: RM20,000 for standard accounts; VIP members enjoy higher limits depending on their membership tier.
All funds in your imalaysia1 account belong to you and are held in a separate protected account. imalaysia1 does not charge any processing fees for deposits or withdrawals made via FPX and DuitNow.
Withdrawal requests exceeding RM5,000 may require additional verification in line with imalaysia1's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy. This process typically takes no longer than one business day.
05 Bonuses & Promotions
Imalaysia1 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. Each offer is subject to specific terms stated alongside the promotion. The general terms applicable to all imalaysia1 bonuses are as follows:
- Wagering Requirement (Rollover): All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before withdrawals are permitted. These requirements typically range from 5x to 20x, depending on the bonus type.
- Validity Period: Bonuses must be used within the designated validity period. Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited without notice.
- One Bonus Per Account: Each household, IP address, phone number, or shared payment method is eligible for one welcome bonus claim only.
- Abuse Prevention: Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and account closure.

- Minimum Bet: RM1 for most sports markets and RM0.50 for slots.
- Maximum Bet: Betting limits vary by game type, market, and member VIP tier. Current limits are displayed in real time within the betting interface.
- Football: Betting on the Malaysia Super League, EPL, UEFA Champions League, and other major world leagues is available with real-time updated odds.
- Badminton & E-Sports: Betting on BWF badminton tournaments and MPL Malaysia esports is available with a wide range of markets.
- Live Casino: All Live Casino games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been certified and independently audited by an accredited third party.
- In-Play Betting: Live betting odds can change rapidly. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled.
- Official Results: Betting outcomes are determined based on the official results of the relevant sports governing body. Any disputes will be resolved using information from official sources.
Imalaysia1 reserves the right to void or cancel any bets placed at incorrect odds resulting from technical errors or inaccurate data. In such cases, the full stake will be returned to the member's account.
07 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the imalaysia1 platform and may result in account suspension or closure, as well as forfeiture of all balances and winnings:
- Opening or operating more than one imalaysia1 account
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process
- Using automation software, bots, or any other technical tools to exploit the platform
- Colluding with other players to manipulate betting outcomes (match-fixing or collusion)
- Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities on the platform for unauthorized gain
- Transferring funds between accounts to circumvent bonus wagering requirements
- Any activity related to money laundering or the financing of illegal activities
- Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account
Warning: imalaysia1 employs a sophisticated fraud detection system. Any suspected activity will be investigated and reported to the relevant authorities where required under applicable Malaysian law.
08 Privacy & Data Security
Imalaysia1 is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data security of all members. The collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by Privacy Policy which forms part of these terms.
- 256-bit SSL Encryption: All data transmitted between your device and imalaysia1's servers is protected with industry-grade encryption.
- Data Storage: Your personal information is stored on secure servers and will not be sold or shared with any third party without your consent, except as stated in our Privacy Policy.
- Two-Factor Authentication: We strongly encourage all members to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security.

09 Liability Limits

- Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that occurred without negligence on the part of imalaysia1

- Any betting decisions made based on information available on the platform
Imalaysia1's total liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount you have deposited in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
10 Account Closure & Suspension
Imalaysia1 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time for the following reasons:
- Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
- Fraud, illegal activity, or conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform
- Inability to verify identity or the information provided
- Requests from relevant legal authorities
- Inactive for more than 12 consecutive months
Members may also request account closure at any time by contacting the imalaysia1 customer support team. Any valid balance in the account will be returned upon completion of the required verification process, subject to the relevant terms.
Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be subject to a maintenance fee of RM5 per month until the account balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
11 Amendments to Terms & Conditions
Imalaysia1 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the imalaysia1 website.
- Material amendments will be communicated to members via email or in-account notification at least 7 days before taking effect.
- Continued use of the imalaysia1 platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
- The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised whenever an amendment is made.
